Mentorship model

Mentorship at GhostVector is global, hands-on, and technical-first. We pair teams with mentors who bring domain expertise and operational experience to help teams ship reliable products quickly.

Pairing & engagement

Each team is matched with 2–3 mentors: typically one technical mentor (systems, ML engineering, research lead) and one product/business mentor (go-to-market, customer ops, strategy). Mentors commit to weekly office hours during the builder phase and ongoing check-ins through early-stage growth.

Scope of mentorship

• Architecture and code reviews
• Model evaluation, reproducibility, and data pipelines
• Customer discovery and pilot design
• Hiring and team formation guidance
